Scope of Information Use#

The Trading Platform has the right to use the information provided by users to:

  • Deliver and collect goods according to the address provided by users.
  • Provide information related to products, benefits, promotions, or other communications.
  • Process orders and provide services and information through the Trading Platform website as requested by users.
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Contact, support communication, and resolve issues with users in special cases.
Third Parties Authorized to Access User Personal Information#

The Trading Platform commits not to share user information with any other company except in the following truly necessary special cases:

  • Provide information to companies and third parties directly related to delivery.
  • When requested by legal authorities.
  • Market research and analytical reports: Absolutely not provided to third parties, detailed information will be hidden and only used for statistical purposes.
  • Exchange information with third parties who are partners and affiliated warehouses of the Trading Platform: The Trading Platform may transfer User Information to affiliated warehouses for data analysis, marketing, and customer service support; or exchange with third parties for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction purposes.

In addition to the above cases, the Trading Platform will provide specific notice to users when it is necessary to disclose user personal information to a third party. In this case, the Trading Platform commits to only disclose information with user consent.

Information Retention Period#
  • User information, as well as exchanges between users and the Trading Platform, are stored and secured by the Trading Platform system.
  • Information will be stored from when users provide it on the Trading Platform system and will not be lost (permanent storage). The Trading Platform will only delete this data if users request it or violate the sales regulations on the Trading Platform e-commerce platform.
  • The Trading Platform has appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized access and use of user information.

Means and Tools for Users to Access and Edit Their Personal Data#

If users wish to change or update previously provided information, there are 2 ways:

  • Method 1: Contact the Customer Service Hotline of VIO TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED. Users provide the correct old information for verification and will be granted editing permission. New information will be updated on the user's account system.
  • Method 2: Access the registration and login system, then update your personal information and receive feedback on information changes via Email or phone number.
Commitment to Protect User Personal Information#

User personal information on the Trading Platform is committed to be protected according to the personal information protection policy. The collection and use of user information is only performed with user consent except in cases where the law provides otherwise or other agreements. We commit that:

  • We will not use, transfer, provide, or disclose user personal information to any third party without user permission for profit purposes.
  • In the event that the information storage server is attacked by hackers leading to loss of member personal data, the Trading Platform will be responsible for reporting the incident to competent authorities for timely investigation and handling, and notifying users.
  • We require individuals when registering accounts and using services on the Trading Platform to provide complete relevant personal information and be responsible for the accuracy, legality, and updates of such information. The Company is not responsible for and will not resolve any complaints related to user rights if it is determined that the personal information provided by that user is inaccurate.
  • The Trading Platform will not be responsible in cases where personal information is leaked due to technical errors, transmission errors, software errors, or other errors not caused by the company.

The application establishes a system to protect user personal information through the following methods:

  • Establish a firewall system to prevent network attacks.
  • Technical team and company staff regularly monitor all network activities. Ensure that all attacks from all sides are detected in time and preventive measures are taken.
  • Personal information and private information of users will be stored according to Company regulations and strictly secured according to legal regulations.
Mechanism for Receiving and Resolving Consumer Complaints Related to Personal Information Being Used for Wrong Purposes or Beyond the Announced Scope#

When consumers discover that their personal information on the Trading Platform is being used for wrong purposes or beyond the scope of information use, consumers can file a complaint to VIO TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED through the following methods:

The time limit for the Company to process feedback related to customer personal information is 05 working days, from the date of receiving the user's complaint.

In all cases, the Trading Platform emphasizes negotiation and mediation with users to reach agreement and provide solutions for handling complaints.

In the event that both parties cannot reach the desired agreement, leading to failed negotiation and mediation, either party has the right to bring the case to a competent people's court for resolution according to legal regulations.
