The Mid-Autumn Festival is more than just glowing lanterns lighting up the streets. It’s also a time to come together, enjoy a creative activity, and make memories along the way. This year, Kloud Art brings you four different workshops to celebrate the season, from traditional and 3D lantern-making to ceramic lanterns and Mid-Autumn painting.

Traditional Lantern-Making Workshop

Colorful lanterns have always been a familiar part of the Mid-Autumn Festival. At this workshop, you’ll get to make your own traditional lantern using familiar materials, then decorate it to match your own style.

Instead of picking up a ready-made lantern, you’ll learn the steps behind creating this classic Mid-Autumn toy and take your finished lantern home with you.

3D Lantern-Making Workshop

For a fresh take on the classic Mid-Autumn lantern, the 3D Lantern-Making Workshop offers a fun way to get creative together this festive season.

You’ll assemble, decorate, and finish your own 3D lantern just the way you like it. From learning the basic steps of putting the lantern together to choosing colors and decorative details, everyone can get involved and create a lantern that feels uniquely their own.

Pottery Lantern-Making Workshop

This year, the familiar Mid-Autumn lantern gets a creative twist with ceramic. At Kloud Art’s Ceramic Lantern-Making Workshop, you’ll work with a new material to shape and decorate your own take on this iconic festival symbol.

You’ll be guided through each step of the process and can choose your own colors and patterns to personalize your piece. Once finished, your ceramic lantern can be taken home as a decorative piece or kept as a special keepsake from the festival.
