The golf day begins at 10:30 with check-in, welcome gifts, and lunch coupons. Golfers will then attend the opening ceremony and take commemorative photos at 11:40.

At 12:00, all 72 golfers will officially begin the tournament with a shotgun start. After several hours of competition, the event will conclude with a Gala Dinner at 18:00, featuring a dinner reception and awards ceremony honoring golfers with outstanding performances.
