[Metashow]: Art Lighting Exhibition

Metashow is an immersive technology art exhibition that combines art, light, and modern technology to create a multidimensional, multisensory experience.

Inspired by the artistic world of Vincent van Gogh, the exhibition features more than 30 themes, including Magical Kaleidoscope, Sea of Roses, Endless Galaxy, Van Gogh Gallery, Mirror Maze, Wheat Field Universe, Sunflower Sea, Diamond Tunnel, Starry Night Tunnel, and 4K Projection Room, among others. Visitors can step into the world of art in a completely new way.

One of Metashow's highlights is the combination of Mixed Reality, AI Portraits, Camera 360°, and 4K projection, making every experience more immersive and engaging. Rather than simply viewing artworks, visitors can interact with the space, take photos, explore different installations, and capture memorable moments.

Ticket Type Regulations

• Tickets ending in “- S”: For children under 18 and at least 1.2m tall, visitors aged 65 and above, and people with disabilities.
• Tickets ending in “- L”: For adults aged 18 to 65.
• Special tickets include 2 Titan experiences: MR Glasses and 360° Camera Video.
• VIP tickets include 4 Titan experiences: MR Glasses, 360° Camera Video, AI Photo, and Personalized Ceramic Mug.

Ticket Policies

• Refund/cancellation policy: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
• Ticket change/transfer policy: Tickets may be rescheduled/transferred.
• Additional Requirements
• Visitors must bring valid identification documents (CCCD/VNeID/Passport, etc.) to verify age, as well as valid disability documentation where applicable.

Visitor Regulations

• Please queue when purchasing tickets and present your ticket to staff for inspection before entering the exhibition. Children under 1 year old may only enter when accompanied by a parent or adult.
• The exhibition includes areas with standing zones and lighting installations. Parents are advised to closely supervise young children to prevent accidents. The exhibition is not responsible for incidents caused by visitors' own actions.
• Before entering, please wear the wristband provided according to the instructions from ticket counter staff. Visitors without a wristband will not be allowed to enter.
• Please keep your wristband safe. If the wristband is lost or its seal is damaged, re-entry will not be permitted.
• Bulky luggage, if any, should be left at the designated storage area. Please store money and other valuable belongings securely.
• Food and colored beverages are not allowed inside the exhibition area.
• Weapons, toxic substances, prohibited items, and flammable or explosive materials are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the exhibition.
• Please follow staff instructions and all posted guidelines throughout your visit.
• Please maintain order and avoid running, playing, or making excessive noise that may disturb other visitors.
• Exhibition accessories and property may not be removed from the exhibition area.
• Do not pick flowers, write or draw on exhibits, damage exhibits, or alter decorative installations inside the exhibition.
• Visitors who fail to comply with the exhibition regulations may be asked to leave the exhibition area.
• Visitors may be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by their actions.
• Please contact staff if you need assistance with photography, have questions, or require other support.
• The wristband allows entry to the exhibition a maximum of 2 times. Once this limit has been exceeded, the wristband will no longer be valid.
